St. Patrick's Day Treat Box

I love celebrating St. Patrick's Day with kids. From building a leprechaun trap to having an entire breakfast colored green. It's so fun to see the excitement and wonder in their eyes as they wake up the morning of St. Patrick's Day to see if they caught a leprechaun while they chow down on green pancakes and sip green milk.

Even if we don't catch a leprechaun, those little gnomes always leave a good luck gift for the kids.
They're quick and easy to put together, so let's get started!

Supplies used:
Chocolate Gold Coins
Skittles
Bakers Twine

Fill a small tube with Skittles or any kind of rainbow candies. Tie several strands of bakers twine  around the goodie basket handle and favor tube.

Download the rainbow printable HERE and attach it to the front of the box.

Fill to the brim with chocolate golden coins, Rolos or any other gold candies you can think of.

And there you have it! Quick and simple leprechaun goodie bags for the kids. Won't they love waking up to a pot of gold? I know I would!

Thanks so much for stopping by and may the luck o' the Irish be with you!

When I saw this adorable paper collection from Doodlebug Design, I knew I had to create some fun gift ideas. I love giving little gifts to friends and family for Valentine's Day and these boxes were quick and easy to whip up.

"I soda like you."

Using my Cricut machine, I cut out these cute fry box and added these fun soda bottle stickers on the front. Simply fill the box with paper shred and treats and you're good to go!

"I love you from the bottom of my tart."

How sweet is this little gift bag? The polka dots and tiny toaster with the tart are just the sweetest little combo. Embellish the gift bag with ribbon and mini pom poms and this little bag is ready for gift giving!

"I'd love to take you out!"

This take out box is perfect to give your sweetheart. Fill it with with your honey's favorite treats and tuck a gift card to your favorite restaurant inside. It's sure to be big a hit!

Year in Review with Real Simple

Disclosure: This post is sponsored by Cost Plus World Market. All opinions are my own.

Looking back at 2017, I can say it has been a fun and exciting year. We moved into a charming old home on a magical tree-lined street and we've loved filling it with friends and family. I can't wait to see what 2018 has in store!

I'd love to share a recap of a few of my most popular posts from 2017 with you today. Working with Cost Plus World Market this past year was a huge highlight and this post from their Mother's Day campaign was a top favorite with my readers. Mother's Day will be here before you know it so check this post out now to get a head start on your gifts for mom!

Mother's Day at a Vintage Paris Flea Market

Another one of my readers favorite posts was How to Create a Beautiful Boho Outdoor Space. This was one of my favorites as well! Who wouldn't want to completely redo their backyard with all these gorgeous products?!

To round out the top 3 posts of 2017 with Cost Plus World Market, check out the Fall Home Refresh post. Even though autumn is over, you could still use a lot of these beautiful products in your upcoming spring decor.

One of my New Year's resolutions is to stay on top of cleaning and clutter. Every year it seems like we acquire a mountain of stuff. I've read that if you don't love it and it's not useful, get rid of it. And that's what I plan on doing for this upcoming new year.
With the help of Cost Plus World Market, I can get my cleaning and organizing goals under control. Did you know  Cost Plus World Market now carries Real Simple hand and dish soap? They have the most wonderful scents like Italian Lemon, Rosemary Mint ( my favorite!) Lavender and Bergamot.

Real Simple hand and dish soaps are made with essential oils, are free of harmful chemicals and are not tested on animals.  Cleaning solutions without the use of harsh chemicals helps keep your family and the planet safer. Plus, washing dishes is a lot more fun when the suds smell amazing!
The entire line of Real Simple house cleaners, dish soaps and hand soaps are created using plant-rich formulas.  My hands feel soft and smooth after doing the dishes instead of dry and cracked. I'm in love with these fabulous soaps and cannot get enough of the wonderful scents!
