Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme
Last week, Kellen and I planted a little balcony garden. I'm embarrassed to admit that I do not have a green thumb...at all. I'm awesome at killing plants. Luckily, Kellen is a master gardener and with his guidance, these little plants just might have a fighting chance.
We went to the local nursery and picked out -
~Strawberries
~Basil
~Banana and Bell Peppers
~Tomatoes
~Cilantro
~Oregano
~Dill
~ Lavender
~Lemon Thyme
~Mint
~Coriander
I have yet to kill any of them off. In fact, this is what I found this morning. Awww...cute!
A few more pics of our little garden..
I thought it would be fun to make a few quick and simple projects using paper and rub ons from Melissa Frances and adorable garden images from Cosmo Cricket. These little bags would be great to use as invitations for a neighborhood BBQ, garden party or picnic. Fill the bags with a few little treats and add the invite inside.
Here's another quick card using paper from Melissa Frances, Jenni Bowlin and Cosmo Cricket. Can you sense a bit of a theme here? Yep, strawberries. I must be a little over excited at the thought of that little strawberry out in our garden.
