Move over lemonade stand, the sidewalk salon is where it's at! Our daughter and her friends set up a Jasmine inspired salon outside and painted nails for 50 cents. I have to say, they made some serious bank! The neighbors loved this fun and unique idea and were lining up to get their nails painted. There was an array of polishes to choose from the Aladdin 18 Pack Nail Polish and the little customers asked for everything from flowers painted on their toes to a different color on each fingernail.
We set out cupcakes for the customers to nibble on while they waited in line. I made the the magic lamp toppers using my Cricut Explore Air 2 and pretty pink glitter cardstock.
The girls used Q-tips to apply shimmery Lip Balm to their customers as well as brushed and braided their hair with these adorable Aladdin Hair Brushes.
After the last customer left, each little entrepreneur received a little favor gift filled with Lip Balms and Fingernail Polish since they worked so hard painting nails and braiding hair. The favor gift boxes were easily created using my Cricut Explore Air 2 and cardstock in Jasmine's favorite colors.
